PRICES
Rates are quoted in AUD inclusive of GST.
Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Horseback. No responsibility is accepted for unforeseen omissions.

PROMO CODES
When purchasing Horseback products online and a promo code is active, the promo code must be entered at checkout, otherwise it will not be applied.
 
PAYMENT POLICY
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.  Full payment is required by no less than 7 days prior to scheduled tour. If Horseback has your credit card on file it will automatically charge your credit card with any balance owing within 7 days of your scheduled tour.

MINIMUM RIDER NUMBERS
Tours require a minimum number of riders to operate and are subject to change at any time. In circumstances where minimum numbers are NOT reached an alternative tour date will be offered. Riders will be given two days notice in respect of any tour cancellations, other than weather related events.  If no agreement is met between Horseback and the customer on an alternate date, Horseback will issue a voucher to the value of the deposit/monies paid*.

WEATHER CONDITIONS
For the safety of our riders and horses, tours may be cancelled due to unforeseen and/or unsafe weather conditions. If this is the case, riders will be offered an alternate tour date.
Tours will depart in rain and all riders provided with adequate rain gear, however severe wind can cause issues with horse behaviour and overhanging trees on trails. Experienced Horseback staff will assess the local conditions and determine whether a ride will continue.
Please call ahead of your booking if you are in any doubt about local weather conditions. If no agreement is met between Horseback and the customer on an alternate date, Horseback will issue a voucher to the value of the deposit/monies paid*.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are effective on the date notice is given. All cancellations need to be submitted by email to info@horseback.com.au  so there is no dispute regarding the timing of the cancellation. If notice is less than 2 days moving your booking will be considered a cancellation. Due to extensive planning and organisation involved in the Horseback business, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable. Once a booking is made, the following refund policy will apply:

Cancellation fees (When notice is provided by rider):
 7 + plus days – A cancellation fee of 20% of total booking will be applied. (forfeiture of deposit)

 3-6 days – A total cancellation fee of 50% of total booking will be applied.

 0-2 days or “no show” – No refund.

*If Horseback has cancelled your tour due to minimum numbers not being met or adverse weather conditions, a gift card will be substituted for the equivalent amount you have paid and valid until 3 June 2018.  This will be arranged within 7 days of your tour being postponed unless you have provided another booking date in the meantime.

Note: If you leave the tour prior to its completion, no refund is applicable. In the case of exceptional circumstances, please email info@horseback.com.au and we will determine whether you are eligible for an extension on your booking date.

At Horseback the health of our horses is paramount. Please note that our maximum weight for riders is a fit 110kg – 120Kg (depending on your choice of tour).  If you are in doubt, please contact us.
